What it is
Written and directed by Q DeRHINO, EVOLVER is part novel, part prophecy, part field manual. It opens in a Harvard dorm room in 2004 and ends in a world that chose faces over feeds: solarpunk havens in Ibiza, Nairobi and Berlin, artists paid properly, kids who look up from the screen and choose to live.
It is the story behind everything Zyon Foundation builds — Rented.live, the Queens community, the radio, the Face2Face circles. Read it and you understand the ecosystem you are standing in.
“We are the generation that helped build the architecture of addiction. We will be the generation that walks out of it together.”
Look inside
We were promised connection.
What we got was a glow in the dark and an ache in the chest.
For nearly twenty years, feeds have fed on us.
We watched a generation grow up with a slot machine in their pocket, measuring their worth in likes and views while anxiety, loneliness, and self-harm climbed in the background. Men forgot how to call a friend. Teens forgot how to look each other in the eye. We scroll together and suffer alone.
This is where the movement begins.
Evolve is for the ones who feel the addiction in their bones and are done pretending it's normal.
Contents
The author
Founder of Zyon Foundation and of Rented.live. Q writes from inside the thing he is building: an ecosystem where clothes circulate instead of pile up, artists are paid properly, and communities meet face to face. EVOLVER is the origin document — the manifesto that everything else was built from.
“Helping humanity save the world while looking absolutely UniQue-Chic !”
Dedication
For every soul still carrying their father's bag. For every artist who was told their work had no value. For every kid who looked up from the screen and chose to live.
