Rented is operated by ZYON FOUNDATION, a Delaware corporation. We pair venture-grade infrastructure with a community-first mission: cut fashion's 10% share of global COâ‚‚ by turning idle wardrobes into a circular marketplace.
Company & Markets
Legal entity. Rented.live is operated by Zyon Foundation, a Delaware C-Corporation headquartered in the United States. All contracting, payouts, banking, and tax residency are US-based. Our Stripe account is a US account.
Global platform. Rented.live is a global peer-to-peer fashion rental marketplace. Listings, renters, and lenders can come from anywhere we are legally permitted to operate.
Ibiza is our 2026 launch pilot. For Summer 2026 we are running a concentrated beta in Ibiza — a fashion-dense, high- rotation island where the peer-to-peer rental model can be validated end-to-end before scaling. The brand presence in Ibiza is a marketing and product test, not a separate business: there is no Spanish establishment, no Spanish inventory owned by Zyon, no Spanish employees, and no Spanish bank account. Bookings between users in Ibiza are still processed by the US entity through Stripe.
Expansion roadmap. After the 2026 Ibiza pilot, planned beachhead markets are Mallorca, Mykonos, Tulum, and Marrakech (2027–2028), followed by year-round metropolitan markets.
