What we ask:

• Verify your identity (the same KYC every Lender does).
• Accept the Founders 50 Addendum (§25) — including the 12‑month, Balearic Islands peer‑to‑peer non‑compete (§22).
• List at least one piece to activate your Queen profile.
• Optional: if you feel like it, post a single Instagram Story to introduce your page. Tell it in your own words. Scripts and tips available if you want them — never required.

Extra rewards if you do post:

Posting is never a requirement — we know your grid is curated. But if a Reel, Story or post tagging @rented.live drives a verified booking, you'll receive bonus credit or a fee discount. This perk is open to every user, not just Queens. Details land in your Coven welcome.
